An avid sportsman, he first studied a Bachelor of Sports Business and spent many years in management positions within the ARU (Australian Rugby Union) before embracing his long-standing interest in the legal profession. In 2014, Tim commenced his Bachelor of Laws and came aboard at Ryan & Seton Lawyers as a skilled paralegal.

In the years since, he has established a reputation as a logical, competitive and pragmatic litigator experienced in criminal matters, civil matters, and family law matters. He regularly appears in the Local Court, District Court, Federal Circuit Court and Family Court and has developed a high level of expertise in navigating multi-faceted matters that in which a client needs representation for both their family law case and related criminal charges or apprehended violence orders. Tim works closely with the other members of our litigation team to ensure that his clients receive the best service and outcomes possible. Tim is passionate about ensuring justice for each of his clients, making sure that they understand each step of their legal process and can make fully informed decisions about their matter, as well as being a strong advocate at each court event.
Tim is an engaged member of the local community, having been coach for junior cricket and rugby union teams, volunteering with the NSW State Emergency Service, and going to the mat for the mighty Terrigal Trojans time and again.
